About this site
What this is
An independent, operator-focused reference on EU Inc — the proposed EU “28th regime” company form (COM(2026) 321). Not “should Europe do this?”, but: how it works, what it costs, how it compares to the SAS, GmbH, UK Ltd and Delaware C-Corp, and exactly where the text stands in the legislative procedure.
The site is bilingual (English / French) and built around three things:
- The tracker — the live state of the ordinary legislative procedure, updated as the file moves. Its public change log is the site’s git history.
- Evergreen dossiers — understand, compare, stock options, how to, country by country.
- News — short, sourced recaps when something actually happens. No filler.
What this is not
- Not the official campaign. eu-inc.org is the grassroots advocacy campaign backed by European founders and investors. We are not affiliated with it, nor with any EU institution. We document the debate — including criticism of the proposal — rather than campaign for an outcome.
- Not legal or tax advice. EU Inc is a proposed regulation. Nothing here substitutes for advice from a qualified lawyer or tax adviser on your specific situation.
Method
- Primary sources first. Commission proposal, Parliament and Council documents, committee reports — press coverage is used for context, not as the source of record.
- Proposed vs adopted vs in force, always flagged. Anything from the proposal can still change in negotiation.
- Dated pages. Every page shows when it was last updated; the tracker states when it was last verified against official sources.
- Corrections. If you spot an error, it gets fixed and the fix is visible in the change history.
Who runs it
This site is written and maintained by an independent European operator. It is not funded by any incorporation service, law firm or campaign. If sponsorships or affiliate partnerships are added at launch, they will be labelled as such on the pages where they appear.
