Does Cyprus opt into EU Inc?
No Cypriot government position on EU Inc has been published, and we found no public stance from a Cypriot startup association. Local engagement is practitioner-led: law firms such as Michael Kyprianou are briefing founders and investors on how the regime would sit alongside Cypriot company law. The regulation is not yet adopted; Cyprus will vote in Council by qualified majority.
