Does Estonia opt into EU Inc?
Estonia is the member state whose administration most closely resembles what EU Inc proposes. e-Residency, fully digital company registration and interoperable public registries already deliver — nationally — the “digital by default” and single-window experience the regulation would extend EU-wide via BRIS.
