Does France opt into EU Inc?
France’s startup ecosystem is one of EU Inc’s most vocal backers: France Digitale and French investors are prominent among the eu-inc.org campaign’s supporters. No binding French government position has yet been published — support at ecosystem level does not commit the state, which decides in Council by qualified majority.
