Does Hungary opt into EU Inc?
Hungary’s ecosystem and government are not in the same place. Startup Hungary is an official partner of the eu-inc.org campaign, while Budapest has published no position: its input in the Council working party is limited to technical drafting suggestions on company naming and branch identification, engaging on the text without declaring a stance (Council working document WK 9143/2026). The regulation is not adopted; the Council decides by qualified majority.
