René Repasi appointed JURI rapporteur for the EU Inc file

On 23 April 2026 the Parliament’s Legal Affairs Committee (JURI) appointed René Repasi (S&D, Germany) as rapporteur for the EU Inc proposal, giving him the lead in steering Parliament’s position through committee. He is shadowed by Pascal Canfin (Renew) and Arash Saeidi (GUE/NGL), who negotiate on behalf of their groups.
